CareerLadder Resource Hub

The CareerLadder Resource Hub is an online e-learning and meeting platform that offers career coaching, TOEFL exam preparation, licensure exam preparation support, career-specific meetings and networking opportunities, profession-based resources, and additional career-specific support specifically for skilled immigrant professionals. Services available include: 

• individualized goal setting to help each program participant meet their professional goals 
• career coaching for the short-term, medium-term, and long-term to support each participant every step of the way
• referrals to ELL classes and resources
• licensure and English exam preparation support including TOEFL classes, licensure exam prep groups, and referrals to test prep resources
• foreign degree translation and evaluation support
• local credential acquisition referrals to build immediate professional credibility including field-specific certificates, short-term courses, and licensure programs 
• financial aid information referrals and guidance 
• social capital building connections including referrals to CareerLadder’s in-house professional mentorship program and external professional networking opportunities
•  job search, resume, and cover letter guidance
• case management support to address life challenges (transportation, childcare, health, etc.)
