Lee Kreimer
Executive Director | CareerLadder
Lee is passionate about building career pathways and opportunities for skilled immigrants. Along with her extensive work across different nonprofit organizations serving immigrants and refugees, she has been involved with CareerLadder as co-founder since the program's creation in 2019. She has a degree in International Migration and Public Policy from the London School of Economics, where she completed a dissertation regarding licensure of internationally trained nurses in the United States.
